well, as i said before... my time for senang-lenang is over...
this morning i got a letter from melaka education department want me to attend a briefing by unit pendidikan dadah. well, for those who might don't know.. drug addiction is started from primary school... its said that if there is 1:1000 ratio of student taking drugs, mean we got zero drugs, but if 2:1000, then no zero drugs... melaka is targeting zero drugs by 2010.. is it aproachable... depends on the teacher and the students... primary school might not be involved yet in drugs.. but smoking is yes... according to research there's a possibility that the students started to smoke during year 3... suprised??? might not, becaus of influence from media, parents and friends this might happened... well, as for me i need to integrate about 3 hours a year from total lesson... only 3 hours... not much...
then another letter coming in. this one i was the substitue of someone else. i need to attend a course for outdoor trainer, conjuction with outdoor education or pendidikan luar. starting from sunday till thursday. by looking at the schedule... waahhh.... packed wooo... full of happening outdoor activities... like kayak, orienteering, survival and some other stuff need to learn when we doing outdoor stuff. frankly speaking... i left all that a long time ago... ahhahah... need to learn back... nevermind lor... got a certificate ma.. taking outside course... might cost thousands... but as government servant and job requirement.. its free... eheheh
so, tomorrow need to do some shopping.. my shoe already menganga... just afraid the pad might torn off somewhere in the jungle trekking... ahaha

Tweaking Mozilla... Make it Faster..
well, most of us are using mozilla right... here is some tweak option you can make so, your mozilla will roar.... more faster...

Firefox users take note: You need to do this. Now. As in, this
instant. More savvy users are probably already familiar with editing Firefox’s configuration file but whether you’re a computer rookie or a seasoned veteran, Gnoted has issued a handful of tweaks that really get Firefox cooking. As much as we all love the fox, it can get a bit slow on occasion - especially if you’re like us and have 35 open tabs spread across four windows at any given time. By tweaking the way Firefox handles some caching functions, you can dramatically improve page load speed and even prevent Firefox from hogging your system resources while minimized. If you don’t currently have any experience playing with your configuration file, don’t be scared. Just follow the simple instructions, take your time and if you want a security blanket to squeeze, jot down each setting before you change it so you can always restore the default configuration if need be. So without further ado, hit the jump and get tweaking - just remember to restart Firefox when you’re done.
Reduce the amount of RAM Firefox uses for its cache feature
1. Type “about:config” (no quotes) in the adress bar in the browser.
2. Find “browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewer”
3. Set it’s value to “0“;(Zero)
Increase the Speed at Which Firefox loads pages
1. Type “about:config” into the address bar and hit Enter.
(Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipelining it will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.)
2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set “network.http.pipelining” to “true”

What is Bit Torrent
by using wikipedia, here is the definition of bittorent : -

in a simple word. it is peer to peer sharing. long ago we just know about napster, the pioneer of the peer to peer sharing... then come aries, limewire, bear share and so many p2p prgram. one thing about this is, all user need to register first before it can used the program. i still can remember back when i'm using napster.. i can seed all the file he/she share on the net. quite dangerous is it... hahaha

there's some unwritten ethics regarding torrents. you're advise to let others download from you ocne you're finish... meaning you must become a seeder... and some web implement ration system. if you're not reach certain level of ration you will be banned from using the service, which is known as tracker... our local tracker like jiwang torrent are using this system.still, there's lot of free tracker offerring the same file to download.
if you have client like bit comet and utorrent, all you need to do is just go to any website that offering tracker and download the file... the're bunch of thousand, even million file to download... if you like tv shows, movie, mp3, picture, ebook, software, game and so much more...
i've been using torrent for years... many movie, tv and anime i got... a lot of it... but you cannot sold it... just as for your personal mini library...

How Safe Are You in WWW
Well, nowadays.. internet become very important. it's like a must have thing. just like mobile phone... years ago... it's a symbol of wealth... now, even a school kid have a 3g phone... same like internet... we can say that... 6 of 10 house have streamyx or at least dialup modem...
but there's an issue here... how safe is our info? are you sure you're not giving your info to someone... ? even though you take precaution... but without realizing, it's you who offer the world to get your info....
how???
most of us have a social network group... there's a lot today.. such as facebook, friendster, photobucket, fotopages and so much more... are u really sure you read the term and condition before you subscribe ? are you sure your info will not be misused by some government agency like CIA, FBI and other world agency ?
i'm not sure how true it is... but the precaution is on us... maybe you'll say... i put my info so my fren will know it's me and know what i'm doing rite now.... well... as i said.. the call is yours... don't blame others if they got your info... but it's you who lack of knowledge and spread your info to others including pictures...

MSSM Oficer
As usual, i'm having my breakfast at canteen.it's my rutine since i'm first register at the school. i've to depart early in the morning around 6.45 to get to my school which is about 30km from my home.
Then come one teacher and say...
L : XXX, your name in the list for MSSM officer at stadium jebat for zon tanjung.
Me : hu... what... ( hahaha i laugh in my heart, jus yesterday i talk about it, didn't expect it to come to early )
L : don't worry. there's three of you guys there... i can't be the office since i'm in charge of the participant.
Me : When ?
L : Early March, 4 days...
Me: huhu... okay.... i'll be dark la.... ( thank god, it's not in april, coz my convo is scheduledin april )...
L : it's normal... each school sent a rep of three...
then we continue chatting about other thing... all the morning i laugh in my heart...

Another Day
this morning got letter from unit teknikal & vokasional JPM. they wannt all rlevant info regarding teacher who teaches KH subject. haha... seem like my turn to be called fro training might come since i don't have any experience... then latter in the afternoon, the clerk asking whether i've undergo training for jurulatih olahraga or not. haha... another course seem to be calling me. just wait for letter la...
then, while i'm waiting for enxt class, the headmaster call to come to office. there's a supplier come to sold the abm for subjects. very easy they got the money... i think they collect about thousand from my school. mine already 260. another subject... wah la wei... very simple ma... just sold the abm and collect the payment already... not counting from me... i got full list of item need to purchased thsi year... already ot the price... need some sorting...
then, evening after back from school rush to the workshop... my car need a service.... minor one... the oil, filter, air filter and transmission oli since i'm using auto... lump sum about 460... hahaha.... my wife will go to usj this thursday for a meeting so the car need to service... then i'm going back to my home town for a while...
yesterday, i'm searching for master opportunity... at oum they offer master programme about 12k for 2 years... i might took that one... as for my wife, she planning to apply for scholarship and take master and phd as well. maybe she got dr first... haha never mind... i'm planning after 5 years i'll apply for lecturer at teacher's training institute... straight jump for DG44... ehhee if you take normal calculation... you need at least 10 years before can get DG44... might allah will bless and help me with this...
